No. Coaching is not therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.Instead, I help you build healthier habits, understand your patterns, and make steady changes that support your daily wellbeing.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. If you can’t make it, you can reschedule your session, no problem. Just let me know in advance, and we’ll pick a new time that works for you.
